The "Gnawa Jazz Trio" is a colaboration of Essaid Salmane with Hannes Kies. The recording was made in January 2010 in Marrakech.
The result is a exciting mixture of Gnawamusic with Jazzimprovisations and Rhythms of the Tambin, the fulaflute from Guinea.
